New functions

  • Personalized document templates : Choose the template that best fits you. All new documents will be created on it. And if you do not find your happiness among our range, we now have the opportunity to create for you your own template. To do this, do not hesitate to consult our specific page on this topic.
  • New engine preview your documents. : It is important to have the same end result to your documents, we reviewed our preview engine - This one will now give a perfect view, with multi-pages option.
  • A more detailed account statement per customer : Because each client is different, it is important to know everything about them. Each customer record now includes an account status of your customers (invoices, payment , total), balance sheet and the list of historical emails... Practice !
  • View (or review ) exchange with your customers : Now you have the opportunity to review all emails sent from your account. Whether automatic or manual mailings, a complete list is proposed, as well as the choice of resent them to your customers.

  • Balance VAT (Report) : Calculate your balance VAT directly online (based on invoices created). With a simple click, a detailed report will be submitted by type of VAT on the chosen period.
  • Establishment of a number of support/advice : In addition to the mobile number online, we have implemented a customer care number( non-premium line ) if you wish to contact us directly . You also have the option to leave us a message so we can call you later .

  • Affiliate Program : Now, your invoices will own you more ! By refering SalenGo around you, we will commision you on your refereals who subcribe our online pay plans. And because we want to give you some extra, we have decided to commission your referrals and your referrals of your referrals.
  • Delivery adress : We want to be sure you deliver goods or services at the right place, so we haev added now a delivery adress for all contact sheets.

Corrections

  • Restriction on unique email inside your list of contacts has been removed (not necessary)

New functions

  • Purchase Order : Adding over estimates and invoices, the platform manage now purchase orders for more professionalim.
  • Delivery Order : And to continue with the 'orders', Delivery Orders has been also added with their dedicated status : pending, processing, shipped, delivered and finally invoiced.
  • Sending by Ground Mail : Sending by Ground Post is now available - using normal letter or registered letter, you don't need anymore to send someone to the Post, we manage everything for you !

Corrections

  • Several problems were generated during contacts import.
  • Managing document's status was not possible in some cases.
