We wanted to let you know that we will upgrading our system on Saturday, September 7th which is coming with extra features and options.
We work hard this summer to update the service with a number of improvements and overall usability. We think you will love what you see and what you get ! Updates have been made based on everyone's remarks and comments – remember this service is yours, so we love to hear from you what you think about our service.
And don’t worry, we haven’t remove any features, we just add more! The overall navigation remains the same, more options, more shortcuts, so you will be able to produce your documents faster than ever!
as part of the new menu, you will be able to find :
- New client interface, which gives you the ability to add:
- as many contacts as you want !
- as many addresses as you want !
- possiblity to apply discount, validity, duedate per contact directly
- review email sent
- new order/invoice template will let you the choose ro:
- provide general discount (rather than per individual line)
- choose which contact and/or address to send the documemnt to
- Email can be send with HTML format now (ie colors).
- Alternative contact list is proposed when sending a mail to a particupar client.
- reporting module has been extended with extra functions.
